Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

at the Palais des Congrès.

The Orchestre Etudiant des Ingénieurs de Liège will perform at the ceremony.

It will be followed by a reception.

Information for 2023 graduates

We invite you to arrive at 8:30 a.m. in the entrance hall of the Palais des Congrès and head for the checkroom, where the team responsible for handing out your gown will be waiting.

At 9:45 am, you'll gather on the steps leading to the^1st floor so that our photographer can capture the whole class with your teachers.

The ceremony begins at 10 a.m., with the entrance of the teachers, followed by the procession of students. Once inside the hall, you'll take the seats reserved for you in front of the stage.

Registration

This invitation extends to parents and relatives of graduates. In view of the room's capacity, graduates may be accompanied by up to 3 people.

Gown

Graduates are invited to arrive at 8:30 a.m. to don their gowns (the ceremony starts at 10 a.m.). Please bring your identity card, driver's license or the sum of 35€, which will be kept as a deposit during the ceremony.

If you wish, you may purchase your own gown and/or accessories:

• Hat + pompom: €15
• Gown only: €20
• Set (hat + pompom + gown): €35

Photos

A photo studio will be available before the ceremony to immortalize the moment (free of charge).
