 Ceremony to honour the graduates of the class of 2026

Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

at the Palais des Congrès.

The Orchestre Etudiant des Ingénieurs de Liège will perform at the ceremony.

It will be followed by a reception.

Practical Information 

Registration

Registration (required) is due by September 25, 2026. 

To ensure the event runs smoothly, each graduate may invite up to two guests.

A request for a third guest may be submitted. It will be reviewed after the registration deadline and can only be confirmed subject to availability.

Admission tickets will be sent a few days before the ceremony. Only those with a ticket will be admitted to the ceremony; tickets will be checked at the entrance. 

Note: For graduates who will not be attending the event, please fill out this form so we can stay in touch and facilitate the processing of your records (e.g., diploma availability). You can indicate your absence on the form.

Register

Gown

Graduates are invited to arrive at 8:30 a.m. in the lobby of the Palais des Congrès to put on their gowns. A form of identification, a driver’s license, or a deposit of €40 will be held as a security deposit during the ceremony.

You may also purchase the gown and/or accessories:

• Cap + tassel: 15 €
• Gown only: 25 €
• Set (cap + tassel + gown): 40 €

A free, secure coat check will be available. 

Photos

A photo studio will be available before the ceremony to capture this moment (free of charge).

At 9:45 a.m., graduates will be invited to gather on the steps leading to the^first floor so that our photographer can take a group photo of the entire graduating class with their professors.

Guests

Guests are invited to arrive at the Palais des Congrès starting at 8:30 a.m. After checking their belongings at the coat check (free and supervised), everyone will be asked to take their seats directly in the Salle de l’Europe (seats are not assigned by name). 

The ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m.

The Palais des Congrès has a paid parking lot.
