Engineers talk about their job

In order to ensure close and meaningful contact between its students and the professional world, the School of Engineering of the University of Liège has for a long time been organising visits, internships and master's theses in companies. In the same spirit, the School of Engineering organises a series of conferences entitled 'Engineers talk about their job'.

Through the testimonies of engineers, the lectures paint a picture of the place of engineers in companies, the current diversity of engineers' career paths and the contributions of engineers to society.

The lectures are held in the university lecture halls on the Sart Tilman campus.  They are open, free of charge and without prior registration, to all secondary school students (and their supervisors) who want to know more about engineering.

The conference to be held on February 28 or March 6, 2024 can be usefully combined with the "Open Classes ULiège" operation organized during the Carnival vacation.
