In particular, the registrar's office takes care of the following tasks:

  • administrative management of annual student programs,
  • management of course and exam schedules,
  • booking of the classrooms,
  • administrative management of international mobility,
  • administrative follow-up of students with special status.

The offices of the registrar's office are located on the 1st floor of the Institute of Mathematics (Building B37). During the academic year, they are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and from 1:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

During the summer vacations, the apparitorat is changing its opening hours. From July 10 to August 25, the offices will be open from 8.30am to 12.15pm and from 1.15pm to 3.30pm.

During this period, we advise you to communicate by e-mail or to make an appointment (remotely or on our premises).
