As a privileged contact for students, the registrar's office manages the day-to-day administrative issues concerning their academic career (bachelor's, master's, PhD and continuing education) in its entirety, from the entrance exam to the diploma.

In particular, the registrar's office takes care of the following tasks:

  • administrative management of annual student programs,
  • management of course and exam schedules,
  • booking of the classrooms,
  • administrative management of international mobility,
  • administrative follow-up of students with special status.

The offices of the registrar's office are located on the 1st floor of the Institute of Mathematics (Building B37). During the academic year, they are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and from 1:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

iconeInfoDuring the summer break, the registrar’s office and the dean’s office will be closed from July 13 to August 9, 2026. Outside of these dates, the registrar’s office will have modified hours. From July 6 to 10 and from August 10 to 21, the offices will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
